Meet The Yeasties: Claudia

Claudia started surfing late in life, renting a 9ft foamie at Lincoln Beach, Long Beach on most warm weekends for 3 years.

She’s traveled solo on 7 surf + yoga trips which is where she’s caught her best rides.

She moved to Rockaway 6 years ago after living forever in Manhattan, and still struggles with the “dump” of the local waves, but loves living at the beach and walking or biking the boardwalk every day, year round.

She’s a fan of warm water, small waves and long boards, so she puts up with the surfing crowds during “her” season.

Her work has always been in areas of media & entertainment and she launched a film co in Rockaway (Rock Locations) on her arrival.
